AIRBORNE PRODUCT SUPPORT*

A dedicated G100 aircraft is available in North America 24 hours per day 365 days per year to transport technicians and parts in order to assist customers with returning their aircraft to operational status. This support is available when commercial transportation and shipping methods are not readily available or would be too time consuming.

DISPATCH RELIABILITY

Gulfstream’s approach to reliability is even more comprehensive than the typical National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) metric. FIELD AND AIRBORNE SUPPORT TEAMS1

The Field and Airborne Support Teams of Gulfstream, better known as FAST, are an integral part of the company’s expanding mobile product support network. Dispatched by air or ground, members of FAST are highly trained maintenance technicians dedicated to addressing aircraft on ground issues for Gulfstream aircraft around the world. Specially outfitted trucks and vans, along with Gulfstream’s two dedicated aircraft, transport flight-essential parts and repair teams. These mobile teams are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to support our operators.

AFT GALLEY TAILORED CONFIGURATION WITH CREW COMPARTMENT

Reaching far beyond luxurious appearances and practical appointments, Gulfstream designers assist owners in achieving productive yet comfortable surroundings suitable for long-range travel.

CABIN CONFIGURATION

When designing the interior of a new aircraft, Gulfstream will assist owners in selecting from a wide variety of styling options and an impressive array of materials. Choose from numerous select floorplans with a forward or aft galley, with or without a crew compartment, or choose a tailored configuration. The Gulfstream G650’s large cabin accommodates as many as 18 passengers in up to four distinct living areas. Gulfstream designers will walk owners through the entire process of creating an environment that is flexible enough to fulfill many requirements.

WIDE-BODY FUSELAGE

Thanks to the increased width, height and length of the fuselage, passengers will feel a significant increase in usable cabin volume. The additional width allows larger seats, a wider aisle and the capability to have three-across seating at the conference table for meals and meetings for up to six people.

CABIN ENVIRONMENT

The entire G650 cabin is designed to deliver passengers to their destination alert and refreshed. The 100 percent fresh air system provides a cleaner, healthier cabin environment. Cabin altitudes that range from 3,000 to 4,850 feet/914 to 1,478 meters create a more comfortable, productive environment, which means less physical stress for the passengers and crew.

PANORAMIC WINDOWS

Gulfstream’s signature large, oval windows just got bigger. The windows on the G650 are 16 percent larger and have an improved position to greatly enhance passenger views. Sixteen large Gulfstream panoramic windows run the length of the cabin to brighten the space, add an increased sense of spaciousness and offer the most stunning views in the world—even from the galley.

CABIN LIGHTING

Lighting inside the cabin plays a crucial role. During nighttime flights, a glow from LED lighting is cast throughout the cabin. Carefully placed task lighting is bright enough for reading without distracting others.

ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEMSPassengers will enjoy the Gulfstream G650’s high-definition entertainment system—all controlled by touch. This includes a dual Blu-ray DVD/CD player, two large HD LCD monitors and a stereo speaker system.

The cabin audio system comes equipped with the latest noise-canceling headphones for each passenger seat.

COMMUNICATION

A multifunction printer, wireless Local Area Network and satellite communications with wireless handsets keep passengers connected. Choose Gulfstream’s Broadband Multilink high-speed data system for added convenience (available at an additional cost).

RECLINING SEATS AND COMFORTABLE DIVANS

Gulfstream seats are renowned for their tactile experience and support. Every detail—from premium materials to classic design—was created with the passenger in mind.

Seats recline and swivel to accommodate berthing for sleeping or just relaxing after a long day. Positions include a full 180-degree swivel and a 90-degree recline. Comfortable divans perform double duty as seating during takeoff and landing or as a convenient twin-sized bed for sleeping.

CONSOLE TABLES AND CREDENZA

As beautiful as they are functional, each large, electrically operated console table is designed to be a dining or working space. The credenza fully accommodates office supplies as well as wine and miscellaneous storage.

GALLEY

Crafted by master cabinetmakers, the galley has been given the utmost attention. This includes lighted storage, a water sterilization system, china, crystal, flatware and gourmet-quality appliances as well as other essentials for full meal and beverage service.

LAVATORIES

The large aft lavatory features a floor-to-ceiling closet and a mirrored vanity with storage. A second lavatory is conveniently located at the forward cabin for passengers or the flight crew.

BAGGAGE CAPACITY

THE PLANEVIEW II ADVANTAGE

The exclusive PlaneView II cockpit greatly improves pilots’ situational awareness and enhances the overall safety and performance of the aircraft. The Gulfstream G650 cockpit is comprehensively equipped with a Triplex Flight Management System, Automatic Emergency Descent Mode, new Standby Multifunction Controllers and 3-D weather radar.

CURSOR CONTROL DEVICE

This unique device controls graphical flight planning, menu scrolling and other on-screen features. Just like using a mouse on a home computer, it’s intuitive, easy to use and reduces pilot workload for improved safety.

ADVANCED FLIGHT CONTROLS

The advanced flight controls of the G650 ensure consistent handling qualities for a more comfortable ride as well as flight envelope protection for improved safety. With a three-axis, fly-by-wire system for outstanding safety, redundancy and maintainability as well as a built-in backup flight control system, the G650 is one of the most advanced and safest business aircraft ever developed.

ENGINES

Two Rolls-Royce BR725 engines, each with up to 16,900 pounds/75.20 kilonewtons of thrust, power the G650. Using the latest swept-fan technology with a high bypass ratio, these advanced engines offer better fuel efficiency than ever before. The engines are more environmentally friendly with lower emissions and quieter noise levels—better than the latest Stage 4 noise limits. Another advantage is the 10,000-hour time between overhaul with no midlife inspection required. This will ultimately help lower operating costs and improve aircraft availability.

PLANECONNECT HTM

This smart technology automatically transmits information from an aircraft to maintenance operations on the ground—including Gulfstream’s Technical Operations center if desired. By providing information while the G650 is still in flight, PlaneConnect HTM enables speedy resolution of any maintenance issues that may arise.

The Gulfstream G650 sets a new world standard for ultralong-range high-speed travel. Its clean-sheet design and highly swept wing create fast, smooth flights as the G650 effortlessly connects major city pairs or remote destinations. The G650 offers a combination of speed, range and payload no other business jet can surpass.

HOW FAR AND FAST CAN YOU GO?

Fly eight passengers more than 14.5 hours, covering 7,0001 nautical miles/12,964 kilometers at a long-range speed of Mach 0.85. At a high-speed cruise of Mach 0.90, the G650 still reaches 6,000 nautical miles/11,112 kilometers. The maximum speed of the G650 is Mach 0.925—that’s more than 530 nautical miles per hour/982 kilometers per hour.

TAKEOFF

Ultralong-range capability is available from runways significantly shorter than those required by commercial airliners. With an advanced wing and powerful engines, the G650 operates from smaller, less-congested airports that are often closer to destinations, resulting in a more pleasant overall trip.

ALTITUDE

The G650 reaches its initial cruise altitude of 41,000 feet/12,497 meters in less than 25 minutes. At a maximum altitude of 51,000 feet/15,545 meters, cruise high over the uncertainties of weather and busy commercial traffic for more direct routes and reduced flight times.

CARRYING CAPACITY

The G650 outpaces other business jets with an outstanding payload-carrying capability. The aircraft travels more than 6,500 nautical miles/12,038 kilometers while carrying 18 passengers (3,600 pounds/1,633 kilograms.)2 That’s enough range to fly from New York to Dubai.3
