NAVIGATING THE SLIDE SHOW

• Scroll Bars– Drag Scroll Bars– Next Slide or Previous Slide Buttons

• Use Slides Tab or Outline Tab

RUN SLIDE SHOW

• Slide Show Button• Pop-Up Menu– Right Click a Slide– Choose “Go To Slide”

SPELL CHECK

• Review – Use Spell Check Button

DISPLAY OPTIONS

• Grayscale– View/Grayscale

• Color– View/Back to Color

PRINTING OPTIONS

• Default = Slide View– Prints One Big Slide Per Page

• Under “Print What”– Handouts• Select = 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9 slides per page• 3 slides per page = lines for notes

– Outline View• Color Options– Color/Grayscale/Pure Black and White
