The Firmware Management Service makes it easy to maximizethe potential of installed control module technology. This service is designed to effectively satisfy the ever-increasing operational demands placed on automation systems with annual firmware updates. Updates can be scheduled at intervals that accommodate specific plant operation and scheduling requirements.

This program compliments the firmware deliverables of thePower Generation Care software maintenance program with preprogrammed (ROM) module firmware kits. Kits are available throughout the program’s active period based on module type (one upgrade kit per module), at a significant discount from traditional spare parts pricing. Installation support can also be provided upon request to support site maintenance activities.
