150KW Dual Input, DC Power Supply with Closed Loop Water to Water Heat Exchanger and Regenerative Load Capability
voltage control, constant current control, automatic crossover with series regulation, DC filter, instrumentation, and many operational and protective monitoring features. PCTI's High-Precision class of DC power supplies use an SCR preregulator to achieve high efficiency, low ripple, precise regulation and low output noise. Both coarse and fine adjustments are available for both current and voltage on this class of power supplies. PCTI's power supply designs are available in ratings from 5KW to 30MW with current ratings up to 120kA.
PCTI power supplies and systems can be used wherever DC power is required and are at work today in hundreds of industrial, commercial, research, transit and military applications. Each unit is based on standard designs and precision engineered to meet your specific application. Our power supplies are available as regulated or non-regulated for a variety of industrial or laboratory environments. PCTI power supplies are built to customer order from a range of standard power and control modules, and offer high performance, high reliability and sophisticated control systems. A variety of computer interfaces are available to meet all of your power supply programming and control requirements. PCTI recently completed several years of research on DSP (Digital Signal Processor) control for power supplies which provides increased performance for the power supply and can provide on one programmable chip the functionality of conventional control components such as PLCs, microcontrollers, computer interfaces, and printed circuit boards used for equipment control functions, diagnostics and communications. PCTI is committed to bringing our customers the best valued product by remaining on the leading edge of power electronic and power conversion technology. Continuing research is done utilizing the latest commercially available semiconductors, thermal exchange techniques, magnetic designs and packaging.
