HYDRAULIC COMPONENTSAXIAL PISTON PUMPS
Kawasaki hydraulic pumps lead the world in providing high pressure, low noise and compact solutions to meet the most demanding applications.
AXIAL PISTON PUMPS
Ever since the introduction of axial piston pump technology in Germany in 1962, Kawasaki’s ongoing research and development programme has resulted in an ever-increasing range of products.
Our current K3V series is accepted as the world standard for a reliable mobile power source with excellent integrated control functions and easy maintenance. Building from this strong base we have now developed the K3VG, K3VL, K5V and K7V series to further extend the range of potential applications.

HYDRAULIC COMPONENTS/ SCREW PUMPS & PRECISION GEAR PUMPS
Incorporating up-to-date technology, Kawasaki has been developing many original products. We are proud of playing an active role in the field of ‘control’ in the Mechatronics era.
KAWASAKI ECO SERVOElectro-hydraulic control system
Displacement: 22 - 140cm3Rated pressure: 32 MPaPeak pressure: 35 MPa
K3VG-ILISElectro-hydraulic servo regulator
Controls the speed of rotation to provide highly accurate flow control for high pressure, high capacity pumps. Reduced noise emissions from the actuator is another feature of this energy
efficient solution. This electro-hydraulic servo regulator controls the tilting angle of our L-series hydraulic pumps using a low
voltage electrical input signal.
ILIS is a proportional-valve regulator offering increased tolerance to contamination. The adoption of feedback
control by sensing the tilt angle of the swash plate provides improved accuracy and highly responsive control.
Displacement: 63 – 560cm3
Rated pressure: 34.3 MPaPeak pressure: 39.2 MPa
PRECISION GEAR PUMPS
Kawasaki developed its original precision gear pumps for the production of viscose rayon in 1948, and has used all the experience gained since then in creating our current range for applications within and beyond the man-made fibres industry.
Our precision gear pumps provide improved liquid metering and transfer processing, while meeting customer demands for energy saving, high speed and compact designs.
Construction Features
1. High volumetric efficiency results in stable output flow despite fluctuations in pressure and / or viscosity.
2. Durability is enhanced by careful selection of pump materials and best-fit heat treatments.
3. Huge variety of designs to cover many specific applications.
SCREW PUMPS
Our expertise in screw pumps dates back to 1936, since then we have developed an increasingly capable range covering displacements from 2 L/min to 23,000 L/min.
Kawasaki screw pumps are suitable for lubrication fluids, oil, high viscosity liquids and mechanical oil systems as well as for applications in hydraulic systems where they dominate the hydraulic elevator market in Japan.
Construction Features
1. Hydraulic fluid flows smoothly and quietly in an axial direction, with no sharp pressure fluctuation.
2. Careful design ensures virtually no pressure pulsation throughout every revolution.
3. Auto-rotation of the idler rotor keeps friction forces to the minimum, resulting in very low wear and a long service life.

AXIAL PISTON MOTORS
The Kawasaki MX/MB series is the acknowledged leader for construction and industrial machinery. Now the M3X/M3B takes things even further by extending the speed range at both ends of the scale, while the new M5X series offers a more compact version of the M2X series on which it is based and are ideal for use in construction machinery.
With or without reduction gears, Kawasaki axial piston motors are the perfect choice for swing or travel power in construction machines and industrial vehicles.
