On Feb. 3, 2013, Baltimore defeated San Francisco, 34-31, in Super Bowl XLVII at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans. The victory clinched the Ravens’ second Lombardi Trophy in 17 seasons. LB Ray Lewis (above right) closed out his storied NFL career alongside longtime teammate and fellow defensive starter S Ed Reed (above left).

On Jan. 12, 2013, the Ravens traveled to Denver for a Divisional Round matchup in which they knocked off the AFC’s top seed in a 38-35 double-overtime thriller. CB Corey Graham (above) picked off two QB Peyton Manning passes, one of which he returned 39 yards for a touchdown.

In the Wild Card round at New England (1/10/10), RB Ray Rice ran 83 yards for a touchdown on the opening play from scrimmage, producing the second-longest rush in NFL postseason his-tory. Rice finished with a Ravens’ postseason record 159 rushing yards, adding 2 TDs, en route to a 33-14 victory.
