I then inserted my main image, when I first placed the image in I was to big and didn’t fit well, so I cropped the image so that there was a little white outline from the original page on the outside.

I then put an effect over my image, using the paintbrush tooland I changed the opacity levels to 30% so that the imageappeared to look a bit more rugged and interesting, I also Inserted my background which was added more interest to thepage aesthetically, as it wasn’t just plain white. I wanted to use a similar background for my double paged spread as it would make them fit together a bit more.

After that I inserted my main bit of text which was the title For my documentary I wanted this to be in large text as I Believe that the name is one of the most important thingsAnd by displaying it aesthetically it will still in the audience’smind and therefore meeting the purpose of the advert aspeople are going to remember the name.

I then began to create the star ratings for my poster, this was a feature that I thought was going to make myposter look more professional because I wanted my documentary to of been previewed by a small number of editors so that they could give it a rating, and prove how successful the documentary was going to be. I created one star using an outline of a star from the internet I then placed the image into my advert and filled it in black and duplicated the layers so that I could have four lots of star ratings

I then inserted the details of the documentary including the producers name, the director, the editors, and who the documentary stars.

I then inserted some additional text that would give a bit of insight into the documentary including the name of the director and the date and channel that the documentary will be on
