II. PASSPORT/VISA APPLICATION PROCESS

1. I had a hard time applying for passport/visa

1. The pre-departure briefing was very informative
2. The staff who conducted the briefing was competent andknowledgeable about the program
3. We were informed of the expected obligations and outputs that weshould fulfill and submit to the NYC after the program
4.The briefing was boring

6. How can the pre-departure preparation be further improved?
The getting to know each other activity is not that really good. I think it needs to be improved interms of the activity and put more fun activities.

Note: The Part V and VI are all blank because I 100% enjoyed and learned a lot in the said
program. I personally did not encounter problems as such which I can conclude that the
program is really prepared, well planned and well executed.
