Manual table model cassava chipper. Output up to 100 kg/hour if mounted on atable or frame. This model above is fitted with bushes as bearing; improved

DRYING OF CASSAVA CHIPS
Good drying facilities are essensial forprocessing high quality cassava chips.Raised racks can be used to minimise therisk of soil and dust contaminiation. Theracks above are fitted with sun shadingnets in order to maximise the dryingspeed. Other materials as sisal cloth orplastic can be used depending ofavailiability and cost price of material.
