Guttenberg’s Printing Press

• Guttenberg invented a printing press in 1460. It allowed for the mass distribution of written materials

• Guttenberg’s Printing press shows the influence of the Renaissance’s interconnectedness by combining the ideas Chinese moveable type and a Middle Eastern olive press to make a European Printing Press.
