WHEREAS The undersigned being the Authorized Officer of Andhra Bank under the Securitisation and Reconstruction ofFinancial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and in exercise of powers conferred under Section 13(12) of the Actread with rule 3 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002, Andhra Bank issued Demand Notices detailed hereunder uponthe under mentioned Borrowers/Guarantors/Mortgagors calling upon them to repay the amounts mentioned in the notices and givenhereunder against their names within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said notices.
The borrowers having failed to repay the amount, notice is hereby given to the Borrowers/Guarantors/Mortgagors and the publicin general that the undersigned has taken possession of the properties described herein below in exercise of powers conferredunder Section 13(4) of the said Act read with rule 8 of the said rules on the dates mentioned hereunder.

Prof. Bhattacharya discussed about one of his papercalled, "Does doing good always lead to doing better?",which was published in Harvard Business Review. Healso discussed on, how to make sustainability everyemployee's responsibility. He suggested some probablesolutions to the question in the conclusion. Prof.Bhattacharya took some questions from the audiencewhich included students and faculty of the School ofManagement. The session ended with a vote of thanksby Prof. (Dr.) Prithwish Bose, Associate Dean, School ofManagement, Adamas University.
