INTRODUCTION

According to Webb (2013), One of the most profound experiences we can

have in our lives is the connection we have with other human beings. Positive

and supportive relationships will help us to feel healthier, happier, and more

satisfied with our lives. Every relationship we have can teach us something,

and by building positive relationships with others, we will be happier and

more fulfilled and feel more supported, supportive, and connected. Teachers

connect their students, parents and other teachers together in order to

promote and encourage the learning and development of their students. It’s

the teacher’s duty to develop a firm relationships since it is beneficial to

learning which helps to further educational requirements to incorporate extra

motivation.

STUDENT- TEACHER RELATIONSHIPEvery individual want to feel a sense of care for and value by certain people in our world. Students also wants to feel this type of relationship. Teachers are to maintain a certain amount of authority over their students simply due to the fact that you control their destiny. When students feel that you value and care for them as individuals, they are more willing to comply with your wishes.
