    Abstract information technique has deeply impacted on

    development of tourism industry; information is the key factor

    to tourism industry development. This paper qualitative

    analyzes the application of IT and the influence in the tourism

    industry. Taking Chinese tourism economic date of 1999-2009

    years as example, applying to the information Resources

    Abundance Coefficient Model, positive correlation is found

    between the Information Resources Abundance Coefficient

    and tourism income growth.

    I. IINTRODUCTIONInformation technique has leapt forward in recent years,

    global economics and culture became joined together, andthere had been deeply changes among each industry,industrial structure and even the whole management systems.In China, particularly at the last few years, tourism industryhas been developing rapidly.

    Taking China as an example, this paper studies theinfluence of the information degree of a society on thetourism economy growth.

    II. APPLICATION OF INFORMATION TECHNIQUE TO

    TOURISM INDUSTRY

    At the beginning of 80's in 20th century, the Internettechnique in the information technique led to unprecedentedinfluence on the development of tourism industry. It not onlymade better information management of business enterprise

    but also promoted the electronically bargain of tourismproducts.

    China started to construct "gold trip Engineering" in 2001,it aimed to push forward information technique to apply tothe tourism industry development and to improve themanagement of tourism business enterprise, to promote theindustry positive development further. The influences ofInformation technique upon the tourism industry are all-directions; it is the important contents and means which to

    1) Being an important lever tool of the information

    technique.The business enterprise can use it to create competitive

    advantage. To tour business enterprise, firstly thecompetitive advantage is to lower cost of the managementand bargain. Secondly, the information technique can raisethe difference of traveling business enterprise; the key factorlies in the role of travel business enterprise and product in

    the customer's value chain. Finally, the application ofinformation technical changed competition scope andstrengthened the ability of the business enterprise tocoordinate local area, whole country and global activity andmade it able to expand vaster geography territory.

    2) Industrial structure changes.

    The information technique can change the five forces ofMichael Baud five forces model, including purchaser

    ability, bargainer ability, threat from substitute product,

    threat from new competitor, and present competitor. Thedifferent combination of five kinds of strength influences

    industry potential profits at end.

Tourism industry has thecharacteristics of highly comprehensive, closely connection,widely involving Scopes. Information technique canconsumedly improve exertion of traveling industry eachrelated main factor effect; it can accelerate the optimizationand upgrading of the traveling industrial structure and raisetourism industry operation efficiency.

    The tourism industry is the intensive information typeand information relied on industry, being the information-

    based industry, tourism industry could attract more bargaincorpora for much lower cost, so to extent market demandsand to enlarge tourism industry; Tourism industry ofinformation-based will highly raise the service level oftraveling industry and operation and management level, so itcould strengthen the competition ability of traveling industry.

    B. Views from Microscopic

    1) Used to construct travel business enterprise.Along with the continuously extending of the tourism

    scale, business enterprise use calculator technique andnetwork technique to exalt at management level travelaccording to different degree. So it could to lower

    management cost promote business enterprise brand and

    develop electronic commerce actively, such as online tradingand online payment, etc. Currently, the first step forms ainformation-based network service system that contributes tothe visitor, business enterprise and government; Muchtourism business enterprise first established automation

    transacts and raised the business enterprise transactingefficiency. The big- medium-sized tour business enterprises built up management information system and availablyraised the ability of statistics data, the processing, exchange,deliver and share of management information.

    At the same time some tourism business enterprisesactively set up travel electronic commerce system, few tour

    business enterprises develop online trading and online payment. it becomes the important path for businessenterprise to The Internet has made businesses to expand themarkets in which they compete, streamlining corporate

    processes, and extending the ways customers are reachedmore efficiently.

    2) Used to construct travel website.Currently, along with the rapid development of tourism

    industry, everyone actively throws into the construction oftour information website. According to incompletelystatistics, currently China has been registered 7343 relatedwebsite, including the comprehensive website, official siteand open air tour website, among them which don't includecounty class tour website. These tourism websites have

    become an important window to demonstrate tour productand to publicize promotion and to promote traveling theimage.

    3) E-government used to tourism industry management

    service.

    Such as the construction of gold trip engineering" and"the government gets to the Internet engineering" and tourinformation processing center, guider IC card managementsystem and multi-media technique's usage in airport, station,high star class hotel, these methods convenient visitor and

    public searching etc and availably raised the work efficiencyof tour management section.

    4) Tourism long-range education.Based on the Internet technique and modernization

    communication technique, we could set up the training andprofession course etc. of traveling the aspect and to speed theconstruction of traveling talented person's troops.

    III. ANALYSIS OF THE MODEL OF THAT INFORMATION

    This paper analyzes the contribution to tourism industryincome growth of application information technique from the

    Information Resources Abundance Coefficient. TheInformation Resources Abundance Coefficient is one aspectof Information industry and represents progress degree ofinformation technical.
