Position Personal Assistant / Customer service / Business Administrator Job Description You will report directly to the company GM, task will include but will not be limited to:
• Help GM run an organization or company smoothly. • Take class attendance and attend training • Collect monies and update payment systems • Create databases of customers, business partners and key contacts • Perform administrative duties and clerical duties. • Create position descriptions • Recruitment • Translation • Arrange conference calls and meetings • Arrange and schedule matches • Make travel arrangements • Compose correspondence • Review memos and reports • Conduct research • Create presentations and prepare statistical reports • Organizing and maintaining files paper and computer based • Answering phones • Purchasing supplies and operating office equipment.
Requirements I am looking for someone that can join the company from the start and help it to grow. This person needs to fit the personality of the company and adapt to situations that may be out of their comfort zone. The person for the role should meet the following requirements:
• Excellent English, verbal, written and comprehension • Good communication skills • Ability to sell and promote • Experience working in the service industry • Ability to be pro-‐active and work without instruction • Ability to interact with customers • Deal with complaints • Problem solve • Work across flexible hours • Have good knowledge of office applications • Have an interest in sport • Passion and desire to learn and grow • Confident to challenge authority • Work as an individual
Salary Negotiable Hours 44.5 hours per week / flexible hours. If asked to work on Sunday time and a half will be given in Lieu. Career Outlook As a new company there is many directions all positions can take depending on the ability and desire of the candidate. Contract Probation until June 31st
