The logotype is inspired by old architectural hand lettering and the clean layout, bold lines and white space are inspired by contemporary living spaces.

Identity created for a company specialising in building modern loft homes/apartments in used industrial buildings in the downtown core.

The idea for the icon was inspired by the architectural blueprints provided by the client and is also influenced by Bauhaus style of design.
