About Us

Industrial Technologies S.A.L (itec) was created with the vision of effectively integrating emerging technologies in the Automation and information Systems industries. The company was founded in 2000 under the name of AGERPLAST.

During the start-up period, the company focused on service and support of Plastic Injection, Filling & Packing and Blow Molding Machines. Providing responsive and effective service and support became the hallmark of the organization; our service arm was and is still our most effective marketing tool. Our 24 Hour working policy and the ability to service equipment and systems from many manufacturers was key to establishing the service group.

As the company grew, we successfully acquired and executed several large integration projects that enhanced our reputation in the market. Ranging from Injection & Blow Molding Machines to Food Processing systems to large scale bulk material handling, Itec continued to accelerate with successful projects under its belt.

AUTOMATION PART

In the past Years, itec worked on acquiring extensive technical knowledge and process engineering expertise to provide services from initial design and consultation, through custom PLC, Drives, Human-Machine Interface, Instrumentation and Network programming, system development, commissioning and ongoing support.

As a young & innovative engineering company with only years in the industry, we have attracted and retained clients by providing superior customer value-in fact, over 90 percent of our work is repeat business from loyal clients.

Our industrial technologies centre provides an office environment with Automation & Industrial Technologies live equipment, where you can test, simulate and receive hands-on training on live and connected equipment.

Trainings at Itec Centre and Technical courses offering at more than 10 Universities and technical schools, focusing on hands on tools and workshops, and constant courses offering.

We have been serving the field of education since 2010 raining over 500 engineers/technicians from Lebanon, Syria, Jordan…. and still counting…

Itec sales counter is located at our company in Sin El Fil. When you need supplies or parts on the run, stop by Itec for fast, friendly counter services Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. Our knowledgeable counter staff can help you find what you need quickly and get you back on the road quickly.
