My work is informed by the conscious experiencing and exploration of movement.

This ranges from exploring small scale everyday choreographies with objects to questioning ideas of place and identity when moving between countries and cultures.

The origins of my work are based on my physical experiences of my immediate environment.

I develop and explore them through Action Research. This means I am using my body as material to encounter and collaborate with everyday objects and spaces.

The Box Series

Focusing on Object Oriented Ontology and theories about Vibrant Matter I investigate how everyday objects inform our movements in various spaces.

Play forms a vital element in my work.

Breaking out of usual movement patterns highlights my humorous approach to understanding more complex theories borrowed from philosophy and anthropology.

Through my work I want to inspire curiosity for the magical qualities of the often overlooked.
