mind.Hence the use of rich purples and fine, sharp lines.

About: The logotype has soft curves and pastel colors to

symbolise comfort for children.The button in thecounterform of 'g' is a visual clue for it being a clothes

company.

About:To redesign and illustrate the 22 trumps of tarot cards. The layers of information provided for reading the cards is

according to the media used.Main figures are in clay, symbolic

elements are in vectors and the background is in photoinks.

About: A book illustrating Edward Lear’s whimsical rhyme ‘The Owland the Pussycat’.Patterns and tesselations was my area of study for this explorativeproject.Each illustration is inspired from two lines of the poem.

 Process

Two patterns, inspired from four lines of

the poem were made in a similar manner.

The usage of media and the symmetry

of repetition used was constant in 2 of

these patterns .

This allowed me to experiment with a

lot of methods of pattern-making.

’71:  Who's Next reached #1 in the UK. Two tracks from it, "Baba O'Riley" & "Won't Get Fooled Again",

a are pioneering examples of synthesizer use in rock music.

  ’73 : Quadrophenia released , which is an autobiographical or social history piece about

early 1960s adolescent life in London.

’75 :  The Who by Numbers followed.

  ’76 : The Who played at Charlton Athletic football ground in what was for over a decade the

world's loudest concert.(Guiness Book of World Records)

’78 : The band released Who Are You, a move from rock opera towards a radio-friendly sound.’79 : 

’81 : The band releasedFace

’82 : It's Hard released

’83 : Townshend declared himself unable to create music for The Whoand announced the breakup of theband .

’89 :  They embarked on a 25thanniversary "The Kids Are Alright"reunion tour

’62 :  The Detours (with Sandom

’64 : The Detours changed their

name to the Who. Keith Moon joined
