My Profile

Hello

My name is Tiago Daniel

Pires Ventura. I was born

in 9th October 1995 at

Aveiro, Portugal.

I´m a guy who like doing exercise,

being with friends, go to the cinema,

listening to music, using new

technologies and much more.

Psychologically, my person is very fun,

extrovert, very friendly and gentle.

Physically, I’m a little bit tall, with a

normal structure. I’ve a casual style,

with no tattoos or piercings.

My favorite types of music are

rock, alternative and metal

(favorite bands: Foo Fighters, U2,

Parkway Drive, Muse…).

In spite of loving action films, my

favorite films are animation

films, because most part of them

are well-granted, well thought,

have very comic parts and they

have a great design that need

logically a great work. This type

of film has been saw by people

of all ages, which is very good

for «the soul».

In the future, I wanna be a vet or a biologist.

Language page

Well, I can understand, speak and write in an advanced level three

languages:

- British English;

- French;

- Portuguese.

I learnt this languages at home, school and travel abroad (French).

Between these languages, the easiest for me is Portuguese, because

it’s my official language.

Between foreign languages, British English is the easiest because it’s

very easy to lead with it.

Nowadays I still learn British English and Portuguese.

French is a language which I don’t use too much.

How important is learning English?

Increasingly, we use English to

communicate, whether in business cases, even when

traveling abroad.

Being a ligua franca, English is used around the world, and it’s the

most speaked language between people of different countries and

nationalities.

For me, learning English or even other language is very useful,

because practically all jobs need English for some reasons. Learning

other language without our develop our understand capacity and

it’s much more easy to communicate with other people who don’t

speak or don’t understand our own language.

Think: Do you think that in Discover Age was easy to communicate

with natives of other countries?

It was very hard for the foreign people to negotiate products and

other things with natives, because they didn’t speak the same

language, which difficult the understand capacity.

If anyone test my English, I think that I would have a good mark,

because my English is progressing.

For an easier understand of English, it’s very good see lyrics of

musics or listening them for learn new words or expressions.

My opinion about Juno’s film

In my opinion, the reactions of Juno’s friends and family in the

Juno’s film was very pacific, because in the real world, things

aren’t much like that.

The parents of an adolescent mom usually react with violence

or put their daughter out of home.

The adolescent mom and dad are normally very worried, and

their friends were shocked.

In the film, Juno’s dad and her stepmother were not shocked,

and didn’t react with violence.

Juno wasn’t very worried, but she didn’t do the abortion,

because a friend told her that the baby had fingernails. She

decided to give her child for adoption.

In the first sentence, Paulie was scared but then he left all the

decisions to the adolescent mom.

Juno’s friends are also a little bit shocked.

The adoptive mom is the only person who stayed happy,

because she loved babies but she couldn’t get pregnant, and

finally she had an adoptive baby.

Magazine

Magazine: Computer Arts,

3rd edition

Type of magazine: Technologic magazine

I chose this magazine

because the magazines on

digital arts are one of my

favorite magazines.

My choice is due to the type

of magazine that it’s and the

colors that the designers chose for this edition. But

the thing that attracted me the most was the title;

sex is a subject which we talked about a few lessons

ago (we talked about sex in adolescence).

I found it interesting how freelancers and 3D

animators and many other technicians, addressed

the issue without any kind of wickedness, but with

great creativity and professionalism.

“Lewis Hamilton has admitted

McLaren are struggling to

that have left him questioning

his Formula One world title

Hamilton and McLaren

endured another relatively

unproductive day in testing

by hydraulics and exhaust issues.

It resulted in Hamilton completing just 57 laps in fits and starts,

ultimately finishing fourth quickest and a second down on reigning

world champion Sebastian Vettel in his Red Bull.

These are currently proving to be troublesome times for McLaren

who have just two days of testing remaining before the F1 circus

heads to Australia for the season-opening grand prix on March 27.

Plot Summary

• Dom Cobb and his partner Arthur perform an illegal corporate espionage by entering the subconscious minds of their targets, using two-level "dream within a dream" strategies to "extract" valuable information. Each of the "extractors" carries a "totem", a personalized small object whose behavior is unpredictable to anyone except its owner, to determine whether they are in another person's dream. Cobb's totem is a pawn which perpetually spins in the dream state. Cobb struggles with memories of his dead wife, Mal, who manifests within his dreams and tries to sabotage his efforts.

• Cobb is approached by Mr. Saito, Cobb's last extraction target, asking him and his team to perform the act of "inception", planting an idea in Maurice Fischer’s son (Robert Fischer), with the objective of the destruction of Maurice Fischer empire. For that inception, he decide to take with him Arthur, Eames, Yusuf and Ariadne.

• The mission was made in a plane, while Robert travel to LA. It has three-levels shared dream.

...

-Firt level:

In the first level, Yusuf's dream of a rainy city, the team successfully abducts Fischer, but the team is attacked by projections of Fischer's 'militarized subconscious', which have been trained to hunt and kill extractors. Saito is mortally wounded during the shoot-out, but due to the strength of Yusuf's sedative, dying in the dream will send them into limbo, a deep subconscious level where they may lose their grip on reality and be trapped indefinitely.

-Second level:

Eames takes the appearance of Fischer's godfather Peter Browning (Tom Berenger) to suggest that he reconsider his opinion of his father's will. Yusuf remains on the first level driving a van through the streets, while the remaining characters enter Arthur's dream, taking place in a corporate hotel. Cobb turns Fischer against Browning and persuades him to join the team as Arthur runs point, and they descend to the third dream level, a snowy mountain fortress dreamed by Eames, which Fischer is told represents Browning's subconscious.

- Third level:

In the last level, the action take place in a snow mountain. Near the finish, Fischer was killed by Mal and goes to the limbo too, and Cobb and Ariadne go to there to find both. Ariadne and Fischer arrived from limbo, but Cobb still there, kill her wife projection and for discover more information about Saito, for accomplished her first target.

Cobb eventually finds an elderly Saito who has been waiting in limbo for decades in dream time (just a short time in real time), and the two help each other to remember their arrangement. The team awakens on the flight; Saito arranges for Cobb to get through U.S. customs, and he goes home to reunite with his children. Cobb uses his spinning top to test reality but is distracted by his children before he can see the result.
