AIM OF PROJECT –

To study the existing Washbasin and Tap at the “Thakkar Bazzar Bus-stand” and redesignthis product, consederingproblem areas.

After understanding the whole situation, consideringuser and studing different aspects regarding “tap” wefound some problem areaswhich can be minimised by giving different design solution. The problem areas we found areas follow - Rustiness. - Leakage. - Uncertain Pressure of Water. - Loosning Of Tap

DESIGN BRIEF

Area's of Interventions

system For Exhibition Space.

- Assembly With in 15 min, with the help of minimum no. of processes (15 to 20).

- System should have minimum 3 to 4 Modules, which is beneficial to Manufacturer & its processes, cost & transportation.

- Be a MODULAR SYSTEM that allows for variation & flexibility, and easy in arrangement.

- System should not require any tools for the time of assembly and Accommodate Maximum facility such as display, pin-up & hanging.

- The Module should be multiples of 1 meter is used to derive the different sizes of modules, which can be able to achieve the different sizes of stall in minimum no. of Modules.

Above concept was evolved from the basic operation of Attach & Detach. In this concept I thought a Reducea cost & material with the hepl of form, & only provide a necessary part in that form.

Adjustable Jaw

Angular Joint.

ADJUSTABLE JAW

During the process of making amodel,I crossed some problem wichis based on the jaw of the module,so after that I realised we can makethis adjustable jaw, becase of the adjustablity we can use this jaw as per the functional need.

- Ease of Assembly.

- Consume less time to Installation.

- Tools free Assembly.

- Easy to Arrange & Interchange.

.

For shifting the pannels one place to another place,we are using trolly.

Transportation is major issue in exhibition space because many times it is affecting directly on the time of assembly of exhibitionspaces.

Here i resolve the the problem of transportation with the help of size& weight of the pannels.

- Ease of Transport. - Because of Standardized unit it is easy to Transport,Manufacture, &Installation

A totally power-free fridge was created to help villagers store extra vegatables and leftovers. The structure was created from the basic structure of a clay pot,but uses a water layer to help cool the inside contents. if fruits or vegatables were left inside, they would stay fresh for 5 to 7 days.

Need

Basically In urban area/city consumption of electricity through Refridgerator is Very high in city,every3rd house have a its own refrigerator. From this conlusion I realise the Need of redesign the earthen fridge for urban context.
