This project was carried out by the office Dado castello branco arquitetura in 2013 and it is a residential village in Vila Madalena, So paulo. the two proposals are aimed at young people with greater purchasing power who wish to live in a neighborhood known for its bohemian character. These projects contains lofts and duplex apartments with different layouts.

Andre Danemberg + Tripper architecture, 2013First built project as architect

So Jos Warehouse is a limited space, functioning as a studio, dedi-cated to ancient furniture restauration and it was built within an 800 square meters warehouse. The entire project lasted six months and it was conceived by the architects Andre Danemberg and Marcelo Moura. The projects leading premise was visualizing the studio as the whole restauration process: the metallic plate represents the entrance of any furniture through the container, the aisle fits as both storage and cu-rating space and, at the back, it is located the studio dedicated to the restauration and historical rescue of each single piece.

University urban project

Place assise! is an urban project by architects Andre Danemberg and Victor Lutte in Madureira, Rio de Janeiro. It explores the concepts of open block by Christian de Portzamparc and hybridity in architecture, thus presenting different proposals in the same area. The buildings act as a sort of meeting place for the neighborhood, because of its loca-tion in a central area of the neighborhood, with many public transport.

The utopia of the right to the city, in the specific case of Rio de Janei-ro, begins, necessarily, by overcoming the dichotomy favela-city. This project deals with citizenship opportunities for favela dwellers.have right to the city means, therefore, (...) the right to participate in the values - public goods, assets and services - both those that are un-evenly distributed by the commerce, as those who are managed by the government and which are of vital importance to ensure the well-be-ing of its residents. These include the symbolic values - cultural, artistic and aesthetic.
