The Four Bronx Institutions Alliance’s (New York Botanical Garden, the Bronx Zoo, Fordham University, and Montefiore Medical Center) efforts to improve the North Central Bronx streetscapes, traffic, and neighborhoods through physical design.

The San Diego Chargers Football Club commis-sioned a study within Chula Vista, CA for poten-tial new stadium sites.

The University of Miami requested an update to their Master Plan. CRP worked on identifying important existing conditions, potential expan-sion sites, and suitable new program elements.

A new University in Tanzania proposed by the Aga Khan Devel-opment Network. CRP did preliminary studies for the bidding process.

Top: Stamford, CT’s waterfront proposal, including site plan and model photo.

Center: Proposal in Hoboken, NJ to reinvent the northern portion of the city and extend the waterfront influence into the heart of the neigh-borhood.

Bottom: Gowanus, Brooklyn, proposal to re-use former industrial and open lots. Vehicular and pedestrian circulation plans as well as final site plan.

Above: Conceptual site plan for a residential plan-ning project in Portsmith, Virginia. Mixed densi-ties and architectural suggestions outlined in this exhibit.

Right: Conceptual site plan for current bus station and Metro stop in Washington, D.C. Plan kept all needed bus facilities, needed parking facilities for the Metro, and added 90+ townhouses.

Left: Conceptual site plan for a residential development in Annapolis, Maryland. Increased densities buffered the single-family areas above the site from the multi-family apartment complex below it.

Below: Schematic Design Plan (inset) for a local activity center zoned vacant area in Landover, Maryland. The site rendering (bottom) that resulted in the plan, which is on a WMATA Metro planned station and includes apart-ments and townhouses.
