If your infrastrcture cannot support your strategy replace early before you invest heavily in international trading Must localise language, how do you expect customers to understand T&C‘s, return policies etc without speaking to them in their language? Get local advisors on board (legals, commercial operations) Get local people or those with local knolwedge into the team Pop Up Stores can be very successful in supporting international site launches if no physical presence exists Support with DM – fully localised
