How it works1. Planning and assessment

We work with our client to determine exactly what they need, where theyneed it and when they need it: our solutions are entirely geographicallyand building independent. We will also factor in our client’s currentsituation and constraints and identify ways to lower potential barriers tomoving. This can include exit costs from an existing facility, which may bean important aspect of the BPO’s pitch to their client.

2. Acquire or build?

Depending on the outcome of the assessment, the next decision iswhether to acquire an existing facility and make it fit for purpose, or tocommission a new build. In both cases we will remove the propertyacquisition headache by simplifying the supply chain and providing asingle point of responsibility. We will take away all the issues such asnegotiating the lease and the license for alterations. Furthermore theterms we will offer will be more flexible and typically range from 1-5years for a facility within our existing portfolio, from 3 years for anexisting but non-portfolio building, and typically just 5-10 years for abuild-to-order solution.

3. Implementation

Once acquired the facility will be fitted-out to the exact requirements ofour clients. We will agree and guarantee the initial delivery date and

possibly even contract a growth curve to full occupation to buffer thebusiness from the full costs on Day 1. On Day 1 the facility is deliveredready-to-go. We will ensure that everything is live and available asagreed in the contract.

4. Ongoing delivery

Charging throughout is on a simple price per workstation basis, andincludes the fit-out, thereby removing capital burden and it appears onthe Profit & Loss rather than the Balance Sheet.

Dedicated on-site support staff are provided to guarantee that servicelevel delivery continues throughout the length of the contract.

5. Clean exit

There are no exit costs, no legal fees, no dilapidations and mostimportantly no legacy that could hinder the continued development ofthe BPO’s business. At the end of the contract our clients can simplywalk away.
