All Day Make-Up
You can always be pretty:
“All day make-up” it is a makeup collection for women to feel comfortable and
natural. We want you to stand out your pretty, and not to cover your face with any
stuff. This is a make-up for all the day, also it has natural essences like aloe vera,
vitamin A, B and E, and extracts of jasmine, coco and vanilla, which gives specific
care. Our collection is for any women who want to used it, as we know all skins,
lips, eyes are different, so we create all types of makeup, for example foundations
for dry skin and oily skin.
Why you should use it?
Now at days, women have more responsibilities, this mean less time to her-self. But
as a lot of women in the world, women always want to feel and look pretty and
tidy their selves. So we created this make up, it states all day without getting
destroy by sweat, the sun, water, this doesn’t mean that All Day Make-Up will
cover your pores.
Advertising:
Advertising will be done on: TV commercials, big banners, mupis.
Unique characteristics:
Our products are made with special and natural ingredients like aloe Vera that will
make your makeup stays all the day.
A thing that make our product unique is that our makeup have a delicious smell.
Our lips stick and lip gloss have a delicious flavor to coconut, chocolate, cherry
and vanilla.
While our make-up cover your imperfections, it eliminate glare and moisturizes your
face.
Our products wouldn’t be expensive.
The products that we sell will be special for teenagers because it will not ruin his
face.
Every product will have a special tip to use it.
Company leader:
Our company want to be as big as Covergirl and Revlon even more, we want to
make similar makeup but more natural, in more colors, better for your skin and
cheaper. Our makeup will be cheaper, because we know teenagers want to buy
more expending less so they can buy another things. We want to be as Covergirl
and Revlon but making our changes so you don’t have to be rich to buy it or a
makeup artist to know how to use it.
Localization:
Knowing that our products will be special for teenagers we know that we have to
put our store on a mall, we can put a stand on the supermarket so when the girls
go with his mother’s they can see our products.
1. Customer Service can be used for give information about
one product that you sell on the internet, can be used for
helping people easier by his cellphones.
2. They can expect a fast help that someone will be there to
help them at the moment that they get in on the program.
3. They use of the internet have some advantage and some
disadvantage, one advantage is that you can create a
manual that answer all the common questions that people
do to you, but the disadvantage is that not all the people
have the same problem or they don’t understand the way
that you explain it so it can be more difficult to
communicate.
For the new generation internet is the new tool, the new
generation only search for help on the internet they don’t
call for have information, they see a cheaper way to have
his problems solution, so the internet will be the best place
for the customer service it is cheaper and easier to use.

They are dedicated to the food service, they sell hamburgers, salads, cookies and French

I will like to go to Burger Supreme because I have see that a lot of people like his food and
the way they treat to the customer, when on a fast food hamburger chain they don´t pay
attention to you the only thing they do is to give you the food and said ¨Good Day!¨. For me in
a good Customer Service you have to be treated like the most important thing. Like on Burger
Supreme.

Some examples that can help us to understand customer’s loyalty is when people call them for
giving the food on his wedding.

ALWAYS REMEMBER!! You have to smile to make the customer know
they have come to the right place. Smile will
make your customer feel in a friendly place,
they are two ways to smile, with the eyes and
with the moth, most of the smiles with the
mouth can be insincerely, so you can practice
at the mirror how to give a sincerely smile.
Read the story of Garth´s call to the car dealership preented on page 56. Then, describe four telephone use problems that probably led to Garth´s irritation and his decision not do business with that dealer.
Problem 1: They don’t know about the car.
Problem 2: They let him on call screening a lot of times.
Problem 3: They weren’t professionals when they talk to Garth.
Problem 4: They finish the call when Garth was still talking to them.
Mention six telephone tips in this chapter that could avoid these issues from happening.
Action Tip 3: (Avoid unnecessary call screening) It can make your customer get angry because they aren’t talking to nobody and they are wasting money.
Action tip 2: (Contact and compare your company) They can be more companies that make the same that your company do so make sure yours is the best on that.
Action Tip 4: (Answer with professionalism) If you don’t talk with professionalism people will think that you don’t know what are you talking about.
Action Tip 5: (Use courtesy titles) Customer will feel on a better business call. They will feel like you respect them.
Action tip 6: (Thank people for calling) customers are wasting his money on calling you they can call everybody else but they prefer to call you so be sure the customer knows how grateful you are for his call.
Action Tip 8: (Make sure the conversation is finish before you hang out) If people haven’t finish the conversation they will get really angry if you finish it when they are still talking to you.

I have make the choose of invest on E&E because now on our days the nail polish have good market opportunities, because all the girls on the planet like to have beautiful nails, in my opinion, if the product is cheap and good, it will be a success on the market, teenagers will love to buy more paying less money.

I decide to invest on All Day Make-up because now all the girls use make-up to cover every imperfection but all the day you have to put more and more so they look beautiful all day but with this make up you only put it once at the day it will have good market opportunities because everyone will like it because it don’t destroy your skin, it stay all the day and it is cheap.

This unit I feel the class was so interesting because we talk about making our own product what I feel was the most exciting thing of all the unit. I fell that we should have more Customer Service periods because it is a interesting class that we would use on the future if we what to be our own busses.
The class is so interactive what I like a lot because we don’t only see text.
I think that we should have a book so be can read a little bit more about the topics.
I like that we always see videos because they are the only thing that makes us see the true.
