Lancaster Pump offers a broad selection of SURVIVOR 4” submersible well pumps. Horsepower from ½ to 5 HP, with the most popular size range ½ to 1½ HP, available in Corrosion-Resistant Thermoplastic or Super Strength Stainless Steel. Capacity ratings are 5, 7, 10, 15 and 22 gallons per minute with heads as high as 990 feet.

INSIDE A PUMP STAGE• Diffuser with stainless steel seal/wear surfaces for upper impeller hub

ASSEMBLED PUMP STAGE• Laminated phenolic thrust washer on top of every stage provides

down-thrust protection and axial sealing for the impeller inside the next stage above

BREAKDOWN• Glass-filled Noryl® Discharge Head with field replaceable fluted

Internal Check Valve. Molded jug handles - no need for safety cable adapter, ½ HP thru 1½ HP models. Available in Stainless Steel up to 5 HP.

• Fluted Polyurethane Bearing at top end of shaft. Excellent abrasion and wear resistance.

• Stainless Steel Cable Guard for maximum cable protection. Attached with stainless steel screws.

• Balanced Teflon® impregnated Impellers made of glass-filled thermoplastic, provide for lower friction for longer pump life.

• Stainless steel Hex Shaft with slotted end for test turning.

VARIOspeed® Variable Frequency DriveAdvanced solutions for providing constant water pressureLancaster Pump’s VARIOspeed® series of constant pressure controls are economical, pre-engineered solutions for variable speed pumping applications for booster and irrigation pumps. Energy savings can be achieved by the drive’s ability to automatically adjust the pump speed to maintain a constant pressure as flow demand conditions change in the plumbing system. Including a user-friendly keypad and 4-line LCD back-lit display, the interface is designed with the pump end user in mind. Programming parameters use pump terminology to allow non-VFD experts a greater comfort level with the drive. The controls are designed using a single factory-programmed variable frequency drive with indoor or indoor/outdoor rated enclosures.

X-Factor Series LXFILTERS AND NEUTRALIZERS

ACID NEUTRALIZERS, FILTERSLancaster’s acid neutralizers correct low pH water, which in turn protects your pipes, faucets, heaters, boilers and all appliances requiring the use of water. A water softener may also be recommended to remove hardness.

SEDIMENT/TURBIDITY (FILTER-AG)Lancaster’s sediment filters will remove dirt, silica, and most suspended matter from your water supply down to a 20 micron filtering level. Filter AG requires no chemical regenerents - just a simple, periodic backwash.

CARBON FILTERSLancaster’s carbon filters, through filtration and adsorption, remove organic chemicals and other contaminants which cause color, taste and odor problems.

IRON FILTERS; BIRM & MTMLancaster’s iron filters remove iron and manganese, also filter other suspended matter, prevent rust stains on clothing, appliances and remove taste and color of iron. When sulfur is present, MTM is the recommended mineral.

Note: When using Birm for iron removal, it is necessary that the water contain no oil or hydrogen sulfide, organic matter not to exceed 4-5ppm, the D.O. content equal at least 15% of iron content with a pH of 6.8 or more. If the influent water has a pH of less than 6.8, neutralizing additives such as calcite, corosex or soda ash may be used prior to the Birm filter to raise the pH. A water having a low D.O. level may be pretreated by aeration. Chlorination greatly reduces Birm’s activity. High concentrations of the chlorine compounds may deplete the catalytic coating.
