“I advise all my patients that prevention is just as important as treatment. I make sure to spend extra time educating patients about eating right and daily exercise and making sure they have regular exams.”

“I have seen increased numbers of patients with diabetes, heart disease and obesity, and I do my utmost to help them live a healthy lifestyle. I want my patients to know that I will always be there for them…like a brother or an uncle.”

“My medical team’s high level of organization is critical to the health and well-being of our patients. They use emails, postcards and phone calls to remind patients of their follow-up appointments and regular exams.”

“I make sure our team works closely with local pharmacists to ensure that our patients are taking medications regularly and correctly. The pharmacists also notify my staff when patients attempt to renew their prescriptions. We follow up and get them in for appointments.”
