    INTRODUCTION

    Our factory was established in 1996 after studying the market and finding out that the future of everyday life will be based mostly on plastic products.

    Significant investment in modern methods and machines is going on, producing shorter deliverytime, quicker responses to market and our clients demand, consistently high quality products.

    Our skilled members of staff are working hard to satisfy the demand of our clients and bepunctual with our contractual obligations.

    We have started our production firstly satisfying the local market, but since 2000 we have startedexporting our products to other G.C.C countries (Kuwait, Omanetc).

    Our factory produces plastic products in many directions HDPE system: Irrigation of all sizes, andPPR pipes and fitting for cold and hot water. Also, we are producing UPVC pipes from 16mm to630mm both solvent welded type, as well as rubber socket type. Our range includes pipes 6,10, &

    16-bar pressure, which are manufactured according to international standard, which meet themarket requirement (Din 8062and ISO 161/1).

    We have already supplied our above products to various government departments, through theirrespective purchasing departments, (Abu Dhabi Municipality, Ministry of Agriculture, PrivateDepartment)

    We have as well supplied to contractors through the local market for their works in building, afterobtaining the approval of the all above-mentioned departments.

    On the other hand we have tested our products to follow the standard specifications, we foundthem good (Al Futaim lap. in Dubai) and we have our lab for testing products before supply.

    In our products we are using the poly vinyl chloride and HDPE and P.P.R. as raw materials. Theprocess of production starting from storing raw material then to mixing and compounding andfinally to production line to produce following items :

    Our services are to support our client by giving them the right selection of all our products wherewe can end up with a solution to send each and every drop of water to its destination.

    We have a very good share on the market since we are trying to maintain our excellence.

    To ensure that all established procedures are implemented effectively and efficiently in all areasof its application and train concerned staff in the areas of awareness internal audits and periodicallyarrange refreshment courses.

    Low Density Polyethylene Pipe

    Properties:

    Yield tensile strength: 11 N/mm2.

    Ultimate tensile strength: 20 N/mm2.

    Ultimate elongation: 800%.

    Vicat softening point: 91c.

    LDPE Pipes are made from 100% virgin polyethylene.It comes in black color with minimum 2.5% of carbon black for UV resistance and suitable for

    drinking water and potable water supplier.

    LDPE Pipes are in line with DIN 8072 standard.

    Drip Irrigation pipeSpecification : Dripline 19mm O/D ( 16mm I/D ), Dripline 16mm O/D ( 13mm I/D ).

    bp drip irrigation pipe is made from the finest raw materials available in low density polyethylene

    (LDPE) conforming to BS specifications and with a melt index of 0.3 gm/10 min, specific gravity of

    0.93% gm/ml at 20 o C.

    The carbon black content of 2.5% and anti oxidant of 0.3% approximately are both uniformly

    dispersed this unique formula offers stability to the drip pipe against ultra violet and heat radiations .

    pb drip pipe is manufactured under stringent quality control, to international standards and

    specifications.

    It exibits a rare compination of outstanding thernal stress track resistance and burst strength .pb drip pipe has been hydrostatically tested and recommended for a continuous pressure rating of

    4 kg/cm2 under the most severe climatic conditions .
