Only virgin polystyrene beads are used in our production with no re grind added to the mix. The manufacturing process is based on the standard AS1366-Part 3, 1992. GENERAL Polyboard Sheet is an excellent all round insulation panel, and is used in many other applications, such as forming voids in concrete work, in various shapes and sizes. In fact our manufacturing team can 2D cut most shapes. There is hardly an application without some form of EPS usage in the building industry. POLYBOARD APPLICATIONS • Wall Insulation as an infill or against tilt concreted slabs • Roof insulation • Insulated EPS Panels • Signage or art mounting • Door manufacturing • Packaging • Retaining wall protection TECHNICAL DETAILS • Available in Grades ‘SL’, ‘S’, ‘M’, ‘H’, ‘VH’. • Standard Densities per m 3 12.5kg, 15.5kg, 20kg, 24kg, 28kg. • Thermal Conductivity .035-.039 W/mK • R Value of 50mm ‘S’ Grade sheet is R1.3 / 100mm ‘S’ Grade sheet is R2.6 • Made from Flame Retardant EPS Bead. • AS1530 Part 3 1989 test. Spread of Flame 0, Smoke Developed 5. • Thicknesses from 5mm to 500mm • Lengths up to 5000mm, width up to 1200mm • Standard Sheet sizes 2400x1200mm and 2500x1200mm with other sizing by request.
