CARBON BLOCK

The CarbonBLOCK consists of a block of sanding calibrated micro grain sizes.

The sides of these blocks have innumerable ground bubbles, however, are otherwise completed

smooth.

Traditional sanding agents leave score marks on the otherwise smooth paint surface as a result

of the uncontrolled composition of the abrasive particles.

In contrast the CarbonBLOCK works only on the high spots extending out of the paint base.

This protects the paint base, significantly reduces the working area thereby facilitating the

polishing work.

The blocks are available with grain sizes of 800, 1.500, and 3.000.

By request available also 1000 and 2000 grain sizes.

CARBON BLOCK ABRASIVE SPONGE

The surface of the Carbon Block becomes saturated with ground-off particles of paint after a time and

the abrasive action decreases.

The surface of the Carbon Block can be easily dressed, cleaned and reshaped with the Carbon Block

dressing pad.

This provides the block with a long service life and also allows it to be shaped as required for all types

of applications.

NanoSand® padded emery cloth for grinding

NanoSand is the premium all-rounder for perfect grinding and it is different in nature

from most of the conventional grits, because of his durability and effect. Most of the

others have non elastic backing material, for example paperboard. NanoSand based

on a textile base, thereon is a elastic latex deposit witch is marked with sanding crystal.

While grinding sanding crystals move flexible, and go into the latex deposit orturning
