Training Network of MPMS in their well-managed centers provide training and vocational support for Kosovo's workforce and plays a leading role in the development of vocational training in the country.

Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare through this fund provides the opportunity of training and retraining of job seekers for qualifications which do not possess QRAP network.

According to Law on National Qualifications, Article 5, Objectives 1.5 and 1.8 - MPMS started

CVET - participation with two representatives

DAP representatives are members of the management structures of a number of projects financed AP from different donors.

There is systematic and organized and the structured cooperation with donors in the field of AP-Coordination of the Regulation for the Donors no. 04/2011

Public information and improving the quality of PA programs HR limited to DAP and a CVT; Dependence on donors on major investments / limited funding for services

to the AP; Full utilization of the capacities of CVT; Private sector interest certified to the CVT is limited. Services offered in the QAP include only registered jobseekers through the

PES;

Capabilities offered in vocational schools are limited and often graduates of these schools are trained in a CVT.

Should improve the whole system of VET at national level .
