Easton PD requesting a well being check. Easton took a report from a female stating her boyfriend, Todd Bortnick, called her threatening to kill her and himself with a firearm. (No LTC, No firearms registered to him) Female stated Bortnick called her from his house phone at 1195 East st. Sgt Bombard, Ofc Newport, Ofc Sparrow, Ofc Pierce responding. Officers meeting at Dustin Ct.

Narrative: Sgt Bombard reports the officers will be setting up a perimeter and attempting to contact Bortnick by landline.

Narrative: MA 2KNG90, MA 5462YA and MA 873SA4 in the driveway as well as MA 53EM09 which is registered to Bortnick

Narrative: Ofc Thibault responding and standing by at Dustin Ct.

Narrative: 2239 Sgt Bombard attempted to call the registered owner of MA 2KNG90, Grace Nelson. 2241 No answer, message left for her to call the station.

Narrative: 2244 Sgt Bombard spoke to the owner of MA 5462YA, Leslie Botting. Leslie states she last saw Bortnick down the basement around an hour ago. Leslie is going to check on him.

Narrative: 2252 Bortnick was standing on the front steps with a female. Bortnick started walking and was approached and detained by Ofc Pierce.

Narrative: 2305 Female rp was advised by Easton to go to MPD to fill out a statement.

2306 Sgt Bombard reports Bortnick will be a section, will be going to norwood hospital. Norwood notified.

Ofc Pierce reports a pick up truck with 1 headlight out was driving with 2 wheels on the sidewalk. Ofc Pierce last saw the MV in the area of east and eastman. Ofc Newport, Ofc Thibault and Sgt Bombard checking the area. Unfounded.
