Police and Fire Accounts: Loading Annuity Portion Only MANUAL CALC Use the “Manual Payments on RP63” Checklist, found in G Drive Use one checklist for the annuity benefit (2, 3, 2A, 3A, RA, 15C) Use one checklist for the 25% Spousal Benefit Use one checklist for the Unit Account (if the member has a unit account) Write the type of account that we are working on at the top of the comments box on the checklist (Annuity, 25% P & F, or Unit). Lump Sum Withdrawal Election Form is used for 3+ retroactive payments OR for the unit account because the unit account is always paid out as a lump sum to the beneficiary. Still check RP55 and RP67 BEFORE entering codes on RP11 (this is the last step at the top of the checklist). Use RP11 (not RP14) to check for the beneficiary to be either previously set up in RIMS/Clarety or if they are already a member themselves.
