Roll out the Pre-Keys Play Pad on the floor

• Choose a student to be the left hand and another to be the right hand. Invite both students to stand on the space bar.

• Invite each student to move their hands and feet to the letters to spell a word for other students to guess.

• Words might have 4 to 8 different letters but each letter can be used more than once.

• Print this file using six frames per page. Then, laminate and cut them into playing cards.

• Ask one student to put both hands and both feet on four letters that are used to spell his or her name.

• Then, shuffle the card deck and invite the student to move his or her hands or feet to the letter on the next card.
