I’d like to make it
transparent for my
prospective customer
how an efficient POS
implementation
project would look
like.
I need to have a solid
information base
regarding SAP POS
implementations for a
highly reliable project
proposal.
I need to have a proper insight into a
SAP POS implementation in order to
ensure that the implementation project
is fast and efficient with a high quality
result and low risk.
I like to know which
resources are required
from our side for which
tasks during the
implementation.
I like to have a sample
project schedule of an
SAP POS
implementation as
basis for my specific
project planning and
execution.
I like to build on “Best
Practice” SAP POS
implementation
expertise in order to
make our project fast
and efficient and to
deliver in high quality. With available “Best
Practice” blueprint
documents, test cases
and other important
deliverables, we could
speed up our SAP POS
implementation projects
With elaborate samples, it
would be easier to achieve a
common understanding with
the customer’s key users how
their future system and
processes would look like.
I’d like to have detailed
task descriptions and
concrete examples in
order to get up to speed
quickly in our SAP POS
implementation project
I’d like to have a
detailed project
schedule and task
overview in order to
keep track of my
activities efficiently.

documents are ready to discuss them with the
customers directly in the Business Blueprint
workshops
After each workshop, only customer specifics need
to be adapted in the Best Practice Blueprint
documents
Strongly accelerated preparation

the workshop results, as there are
only customer specifics to be

The prototype shows the
customer’s key users “hands-on”
how their future system and the
key processes would look like.
This allows a very target-oriented

contributes to avoid
misconception.

important basis for target-oriented
