Our iron entry door systems make a unique and beautiful

statement to any exterior. It is just as important to provide that same

individual look and feel to the interior of your structure. Whether

you are adding a Wine Room to your home or business

or just trying to create a unique passageway from one area to the

next, we are confident that our Wine Gates will help you achieve

that goal. In addition to our stock wine doors we can work with you

to create a custom designed wine gate. As with all of our

iron doors systems, your imagination is your only limitation.

• Weight of the door will vary depending on size and design.

A typical 3/0 X 8/0 door will weigh approximately 200-250 lbs.

• All doors are pre-hung on a 8” wide X 2” thick jamb.

• Other size jambs are available on a special order basis.

• All doors come with tempered, insulated glass panels that open

independently from the door to allow ventilation and ease

of cleaning. A variety of glass options are available.

• All doors come with a high-quality, anti-corrosive, powdercoated black finish. Custom faux finishes are available on a

special order basis.

• All doors are insulated with a high quality foam insulation

that is pumped into the framing and into the body of the door.

• Unless otherwise specified each of our doors will have a 2 1 ⁄ 8”

bore, a 2 3 ⁄ 8” backset and will be 5 ?” center to center.

• Double door units will have extension flush bolts to lock the

inactive door unit. One flush bolt will lock into the top of the

door frame and the other one will lock into the threshold or floor.

• Stock doors can be delivered in 6 weeks or sooner. Special order

doors could take up to 10 weeks depending on the design

intricacy of the unit.

• The builder will need to frame the rough opening 3/4” wider and

2” higher that the actual door jamb size on stock/standard doors.

• With custom door orders the builder must provide us with therough opening size and the desired swing of the unit.

• All exterior doors installations come complete with threshold

and weather-stripping.

• All doors are hand crafted with the highest attention to detail

and quality.
