    • Users may subscribe to a series of podcasts that are automatically sent to their computer or MP3 player-almost all subscriptions are free
    • Users may also select a podcast based on their individual needs at the time
    • It is available on demand, whenever you want it
    • It is available for a specific topic, for whatever you want
    • Podcasts are free of radio distortion and interference
    • Podcast are not confined by local radio reception
    • Subscribing to podcasts allows automatic downloading to your computers media player
    • Pod catching software, or a feed aggregator is required
    • Most podcatching software is free
    • Find and subscribe to podcasts by browsing podcast directories
    • You can also browse and download podcasts without podcatching software using your media player, but its not technically podcasting
    • Producing your own radio show has gotten easier with technological advances aimed at improving Podcast quality
    • All you need to create a podcast is a microphone, a PC connected to a website that you post your program to, and audio editing software (most are free)
