CREDITS/ONLINE EVALUATION SYSTEM

CONTINUING EDUCATION

To obtain credit, attendees must complete an on-line evaluation survey . Internet/CEC and Evaluation ki-osks are available in the convention center for this purpose . The Online Evaluation System will also be availablevia the AAPM website . AAPM is providing compli-mentary w-fi throughout the Indiana Convention Center (AAPM meeting rooms, exhibit hall and func-tion space .)The Online Evaluation System will remain open through 11:59 pm EST, Wednesday, September 4 . Evaluations MUST be completed by that time for credits to be earned .

Medical Physicists:The AAPM 55th Annual Meeting and Exhibition has been accredited by the Commission on Ac-creditation of Medical Physics Education Pro-grams (CAMPEP) . One Medical Physics Continu-ing Education Credit (MPCEC) per hour will be awarded for each course, symposia, and proffered paper sessions . Up to (8) hours of credit will be awarded for the viewing of general, Best in Phys-ics and Campus Poster displays .To obtain credit, attendees MUST complete an on-line evaluation survey .Medical Dosimetrists:To obtain credit, attendees must complete an online evaluation survey. Badge ID and CMD Number are required . Message Center/CEC kiosks are available in the convention center for this purpose . Following the meeting, AAPM will report the medical dosimetrist participants credits earned to the MDCB.

Radiology Leadership Institute (RLI):The AAPM will apply to the Radiology Leadership Institute (RLI) for approval of RLI credits for the Annual Meeting Professional Sessions . The Radiology Leadership Institute will select the sessions that are eligible for credit . To obtain credit, attendees must complete the online RLI Credit Reporting form . The signed form must be sent via email to jackie@aapm .org .

SELF ASSESSMENT MODULE (SAM) PROGRAM

Pre-Registration RequiredMany medical physicists now require Maintenance of Certification (MOC) as defined by the American Board of Radiology. AAPM is offering nine ABR approved Self-Assessment Modules (SAM), which allow for interactive learning and self-assessment of knowledge gained during these particular sessions .Individuals were required to pre-register for an audience response unit (ARU) to be used during the session . You will not be able to register for SAMs onsite .You may go to the SAM sessions of your choice . During the session, the speaker will ask interactive

Please note you will no longer have access to edit your evaluation once you have FINALIZED the evaluation.Medical Physicists:Following the meeting, AAPM will provide CAMPEP with participant contact information, credits earned, and the appropriate processing fees in order for individual participants to access their personal AAPM 55th Annual Meeting and Exhibition transcript via the CAMPEP online MPCEC Repository database . Please be advised, CAMPEP transcripts are viewable via the CAMPEP online MPCEC Repository database . Participants will not receive a hardcopy CAMPEP transcript . Should a participant need a hardcopy of the AAPM 55th Annual Meeting and Exhibition transcript, an individual may order a hardcopy transcript from CAMPEP .Medical Dosimetrists:Following the meeting, AAPM will report the medical dosimetrist participants credits earned to the MDCB.
