A modern fleetA modern fleet In addition to our current fleet of 154 vessels we

have an extensive newbuild programme in progress including the following vessels:

8 x 8,100 teu vessels on charter, which are due to enter services in the Europe-Asia and Transpacific trades from late 2004 onwards;

2 x 4,800 teu vessels on charter, which are due to enter the Europe-South Africa service in 2005;

2 x 1,800 teu vessels for use in Brazil for the Mercosul trade from 2007 onwards.

Euromax Rotterdam, The Netherlands - due to be operational end 2007.

Port Newark, New Jersey (PNCT) - 50 per cent shareholding;

Calgliari, Italy (CICT) - 25 per cent shareholding;
