far, far away. Here, simple classic combinations,

made with grace and precision, deliver hints of

citrus and fresh fruits for you to savour and enjoy.

THE ORIGINAL BACARDI MOJITO £4.25

This amazing mix of ingredients delivers an intense

burst of flavours, with muddled lime, sugar and fresh

mint, complemented by Bacardi Superior Rum served

over ice with just a spritz of club soda.

BRAMBLE £4.25

The Bramble balances the fruitiness of blackberries,

the sharpness of freshly pressed lemon juice and the

smoothness of a subtle, complex gin, for an all-year-

round favourite.

THE SHIP’S SUNDOWNER £4.25

P&O Cruises very own signature cocktail created for

those summer days whilst you circumnavigate the

globe one port at a time. A blend of Bacardi rums

with tropical juices, maraschino and exotic syrups

shaken hard and served long.

MISSIONARY’S DOWNFALL £4.25

This is our very own variation on the famed tiki

cocktail believed to have been invented by Don

the Beachcomber. It consists of Bacardi Rum,

apricot brandy, fresh lime juice, honey, pineapple

and fresh mint. A truly tropical experience!

COSMOPOLITAN £4.25

A contemporary classic. Our variation utilises Grey

Goose L’Orange Vodka shaken hard with a touch of

fresh lime, orange liqueur and cranberry. Finished

with the essential oils of an orange.

MARTINI ROYALE £3.50

A twist on the classic wine spritzer. Martini Bianco

adds an interesting hint of vanilla and blends

exceptionally well with the Prosecco and fresh lime.

This cocktail is easy to drink, enjoyable and suitable

for any occasion.

MAI TAI £4.25

Adapted from the original Mai-Tai recipe created by

Trader Vic at his San Francisco restaurant in 1944, the

words mean “Out of this World!” in Tahitian. Two types

of rum, shaken with orange liqueur, almond syrup and

fresh lime served on a bed of crushed ice

A ‘Disco classic’ of yesteryear. Fruity, fun and delicious.

Grey Goose Vodka, Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur

and pineapple shaken and served up.

RASPBERRY CRÈME BRÛLÉE £4.25

Baileys, Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur, caramel

syrup, raspberries and cream shaken together. Ever

since Baileys was invented in 1974 bartenders have

been trying to mix it into cocktails – we think they

have succeeded with this delicious addition.

WHITE RUSSIAN £3.95

A classic digestif, built with Grey Goose Vodka, and

Kahlúa simply finished with a layer of cream shaken

over ice.

WHITE LADY £3.95

The White Lady cocktail was recorded in Harry

Craddock’s Savoy Cocktail Book in 1930, however a

famed cocktail creator also laid claim to it’s creation

in Harry’s New York Bar in Paris in the 1920s. A mixture

of Cointreau and gin shaken with sweet and sour mix.

BRANDY ALEXANDER £3.95

Allegedly created in 1922 in London, the Brandy

Alexander has become a popular combination of

brandy, Crème de Cacao, nutmeg, milk and cream.

THE CLASSIC MARTINI £3.95

Our house Martini delivers ice cold Bombay Sapphire

Gin or Grey Goose Vodka with a lick of dry vermouth,

finished with a twist of lemon and stirred to perfection.

tomato juice and Tabasco is just the tonic needed!

The classic that never goes out of fashion! Advocaat,

lemonade and lime juice.

SINGAPORE SLING £4.25

Thought to have been created by Ngiam Tong

Boon in 1915 at the Raffles Hotel, Singapore. Our

sling combines gin, Benedictine Liqueur and a

splash of cherry brandy simply topped with soda

and served long.

TOM COLLINS/ELDERFLOWER COLLINS £3.95

It can be said that the story of the Tom Collins is a

mystery, however the one thing that stands clear is

the recipe – the combination of Bombay Sapphire

Gin, lemon and sugar spritzed with soda creates a

truly refreshing concoction. Why not try a modern

adaptation with the addition of elderflower to

reflect a more floral representation of the

original drink?

GIN & SHERRY COBBLER £3.95

An adaptation from a true classic, the amazing fresh

fruit flavours of pineapple, orange and lemon are

teamed with Bombay Sapphire Gin and a lick of sherry

to create an incredible summer cooler crowned with

an array of seasonal fruit.

PLANTERS PUNCH £3.95

Dark rum, orange juice, lime juice and grenadine –

every bar has its own way of making this drink but

we like to stick to the original recipe. This is a

wonderful opportunity to really enjoy a classic.

PIMM’S MISTY £3.95

Pimm’s, pineapple juice and ginger beer – mixing

up a new classic, this drink is ideal for those who like

trying something new. The pineapple juice and ginger

beer bring out extra hidden flavours in Pimm’s.

PIMM’S NO1 £3.75

The gin based classic. Sit back and relax with

this refreshing No1 fruit cup. This classic British

summertime drink is ideal to while away the

evenings. Pimm’s is the signature drink of the

Wimbledon tennis tournament.

and lemonade finished with a fresh squeeze of lime.

Certainly one to try if your traditional tipple is a G&T.

CUBA LIBRE £4.75

The Cuba Libre has become the world’s most asked

for cocktail because it is simple, fresh-tasting and well

balanced. Bacardi Superior Rum and Coca-Cola served

with a lime wedge, this mixed drink has become part

of cocktail folklore.

G,T&E £4.75

A delicious variation on the classic colonial invention,

the G&T. Bombay Sapphire Gin and elderflower

spritzed with tonic served with a squeeze of fresh

lemon – the perfect refreshing drink for those

sunny days!

A SUMMER’S LOVE £4.75

Grey Goose La Poire Vodka, apple and elderflower

make a perfect combination, which is both floral

and fruity to create this exquisite, long and

refreshing libation.

LONG BEACH ICED TEA £4.25

A variation of the iconic Long Island Iced Tea, our

version includes Eristoff Vodka, gin, tequila, rum and

Cointreau topped with cranberry juice and a squeeze

of lime.

PIÑA COLADA £4.75

With the original being first mixed with Bacardi

Superior Rum in Cuba during the 1920s, the

Bacardi classic cocktail Piña Colada recreates the

light and lively taste of smooth white rum, pineapple

and coconut. The result is a silky, smooth yet fresh

tasting drink that will enliven your senses.

THE DAIQUIRI £4.75

First created back in 1898 with Bacardi Superior Rum,

by Jennings S. Cox, a miner in the town of Daiquiri, this

crucial balance of sweet, sour, strong and weak display

the true art and skill of the bartender. Ask if you would

like yours flavoured with strawberry or banana!

MARGARITA £4.75

The first recording of this famed classic dates back

to circa 1930, but like the Martini, the Margarita has

an abundance of stories to which it has been linked.

However it can be said the recipe stands clear – its

base spirit, Tequila, is made sour with freshly pressed

lime juice but then balanced for sweetness with

Triple Sec, shaken hard and served up in a chilled

martini glass.
