Colorado Roofing Association Announces the Sixth

Consecutive Dividend for its Safety Group Program!

Innovative Workers' Compensation Program Rewards Safety and Performance

The Colorado Roofing Association in partnership with Moody Insurance

Agency and Pinnacol Assurance has announced a $313,800 dividend -- an

increase of $99,399 over last year's dividend -- for 19 members of

its Colorado Roofing Association Workers' Compensation Program!

The dividend is for the 2003-2004 policy year and is the sixth

consecutive annual dividend. Dividends are issued to participating

contractor and supplier members of the Colorado Roofing Association

Workers' Compensation Program who meet standards for safety and

compliance. Since starting the program in 1998, the group has

declared more than $2.29 million in dividends for participating

program members. The average dividend per member equals 15 percent

of the annual insurance premiums.

The Colorado Roofing Association Workers' Compensation Program,

managed by Moody Insurance Agency, was created to take advantage of

the preferred pricing offered to association programs by Pinnacol

Assurance. The program is offered to contractors who can meet

stringent participation criteria. There are currently 30 program

members.
