As can be seen in Table 1, Between Decemer'12 and March'13, we have enrolled a total of 61 trainees in 4 batches in 2 Training Programs, viz. CODE and CSWC. How do you think the school has improved in the last 6 months? In the last six months we have been able to bring to fruition a major strategy we have been striving to implement. We have been able to develop relationships with other well-run NGOs operating in different areas of Delhi with the objective of increasing our reach to our target segment of youth without increasing administrative and managerial overheads. One such partnership has been with PCI operating in a number of slum communities in North and East Delhi. CODE 15 was held in Seemapuri with PCI managing the community mobilisation and providing the infrastructure while ETASHA manages the training and placement. PCI is a non-profit health and humanitarian aid organization dedicated to preventing disease, improving community health, and promoting sustainable development. It is a global health organization based in California, US and spread across 16 countries, with a presence in India since 1997. What are the problems you have faced in the last 6 months? - Demand for CPCTT, which trains youth for a career as Computer Teachers over a six month period has been very low in all the communities we are operating in. While the demand for CODE and jobs in offices seems to be very high, the demand for CSWC and jobs in Customer Service also seems to be lower than in the past. How would you rate the overall effectiveness of this project over the past 6 months? - The project is proceeding very well.
