Teams are advised that back-to-back races are possible. It is incumbent upon teams to manage their own respective crews and that they have sufficient number of athletes (paddlers + drummer + steersperson + reserves) for all the events the teams have registered for.
General Crew Eligibility
The Race Organizers will not wait for any Team that has back-to-back races.
A Team that registers two (2) crews for the same racing category must note that the racing crew line-up (athletes + reserves + drummer + steersperson) cannot be replicated for both crews, i.e. Crew 1 must comprise a different set of people from Crew 2, etc.
RACE SCHEDULE: SATURDAY 11th JULY 2015
RACE SCHEDULE: SUNDAY 12th JULY 2015
1. Race Secretary will call teams to register 1 hr before the start of your race category.
2. Submit document F3: Team & Crew List and F4: Waiver & Release of Indemnity
3. No changes allowed to be made to the submitted F3
5. Any changes MUST be made before submission and approved by the Race Secretary - Amendment Fee for Affiliates: $50- Amendment Fee for Non-affiliates: $100- Forgot document F3 or F4: $20 per document

PROTESTS & APPEAL
- Forms available at Race Secretary
- Protest Fee = SGD$50 ; Appeal Fee = SGD$50
- Protests must be filed within 5 mins after race concluded OR within 5 mins after result posted
- Appeals must be filed within 5 mins after Protest decision
This Protest & Appeal will overwrite the Competition Regulations and Rules of Racing
1. Boat Marshall will call you to report for embarkation.
2. Only the Team manager and the racing crew wearing ID Tags will be permitted to enter the Boat Marshall Area.
3. Boat Marshall will check crew’s eligibility
4. Any person not in the Crew List or without ID Tag will be removed
5. Any person who the Boat Marshall unable to identify will be removed
Reporting for Your Race
1st Call:• Registration: 1hr before the start of your race category• Reporting: 30 mins before start of race
2nd Call:• 5 mins after 1st call• Teams have 1 min to register or report
Final (or Last) Call: • 1 min after 2nd Call• Teams must register or report immediately• Teams will be declared DNR (Did Not Report) if fail to comply & the race will start and carry on without them
