Mobile applicationsPlusPortal mobile applications are complementary to the website. Mobile apps are not fully functional. You will not be able to view Progress Reports on your phones. If you are still interested in using a mobile app, the school code is AISKuwait.

Log-inNavigate to plusportals.com/AISKuwait. Enter your username (email) and password. If you do not have a username/password, please contact your child’s divisional office.

Alerts will be sent out only from the Superintendent’s Office.   Notifications will be sent out only from the Divisional Offices.  Announcements will be sent out by teachers through their class

portals/pages. The red bubbles in your child’s box indicate you have notifications from AIS. Instead of clicking on these bubbles, please view Calendar, E-Mail & Messages & Notifications/Alerts.

The Home Screen for an individual child shows quick links to class details, a summary of recent attendance and assessments, homework/assignments, school links/files, calendar events, notifications/alerts and school announcements.

Please ensure that the Demographics for each of your children is correct. If any information needs to be updated, please contact your child’s divisional office.

To view your child’s schedule, please make sure that you have selected the correct division.

To view detailed information about each of your child’s classes, select the class you would like to view.

The homepage for each class shows a class summary, recent homework/assignments, class announcements/alerts and links/files that the teacher has chosen to share with parents.

For middle and high school students, the Reports tab will show Progress Reports (PRs) that teachers have generated for your child. PRs are generated a minimum of 1 time between conferences and Progress Report Cards. At the moment, it is not possible to automatically send an email to parents/students when PRs are generated; you must check PlusPortals.

Important information Progress Report Cards for all students will be sent to your email in

November. Currently, AIS is not using the Discipline and Scores tabs. Please disregard

these pages until further notice.

You will see all the email announcements from the school. Click New E-mail to send an email to AIS staff.

Click Add Recipients. Emails can be sent To, CC or BCC.

Choose Teacher or Admin. Then check the box next to the staff members you would like to email. When you have finished, click Add.If you would like to search the list of staff members, click the filter button.

Insert a subject and type your email message in the space provided. Click Send to finish the process.

AIS is currently working with PlusPortals to make the information shown more relevant for you. Future updates will include 24/7 access to summative assessment details and scores for all divisions.
