Client Acquisition Process Flows Plus91 will provide to the Distributor all marketing materials to aid in sales

Plus91 will also provide Master Copy of Each software on a CD.

The distributor using his marketing and sales setup will get an order from a

doctor or medical entity.

In case of any customizations the same are sent to Plus91 Office via E-mail.

The package is then installed at the doctors clinic/ medical entity and payment iscollected.

Plus91 is called on its helpline number and license key is given to start the

software.

The distributor sends the post sales form duly filled via email to Plus91

Payment is collected in the name of Plus91 or distributor as per the MOU. Plus91 also does online sales where the distributor only manages the non

technical aspect of sale
