Pipeline Inspection survey(PID
Riser Inspection survey(AMDP12
Finding:
Anomaly Description List
1 Small dia pipe debris lying on top of pipcontact area.
2 PID0085 crosses over the PID0322. Both pipelines are support present between pipelines. No visual damage observed in contact areas.
3 Loss of field joint coating circumferentially approx 1 mtrs long.
4 Loss of field joint coating circumferentially approx 1 mtrs long.
5 Cable crossing over & in contact with the pipeline. No visual damage observed on the pipeline.
6 Fish net debris on the pipeline. No visual damage observed on the pipeline.
Anomaly on Riser at AMDP12
7 Wire rope debris on sea bed touching Riser Tube turn. No visual damage observed to the riser tube turn.
General Statement
Differences in position of the aspipelines against the as-supplied position of the pipelines from the current Shell database have been observed.
It is advised that positional data from the 2013 ROV pipeline survey is used to update the database.
Please refer to the following pages field report purposes, according to scope of work.
