Please use this step by step user guide for the ESRD NCC QIA Learning and Action Network (LAN) Calls. This document will facilitate your experience in getting your 1 CEU certificate approved for SWs, RNs, RDs and CCHTs.

Step 1 – Register

If you cover more than one facility participating in a QIA project, please enter all your facility CCN numbers separated by a comma to receive credit for your attendance:

You must also include your professional license number upon registration.

Step 2 – Save your registration confirmation email with the link to the call

Audio will be provided using your computer speakers or headphones. If you won’t be able to join the call via the computer, please email nccinfo@hsag.com to request a call number. (Spaces for call-in users are limited) Step 3 – Attend the live call (or watch the recording, made available 10 business days after the live call)

Step 4 – Complete the ESRD NCC feedback survey (if attended the live call) Option 1: Grab the hyperling from the end of the presentation

Option 2: Stay in the call until it re-routs you to that link automatically Option 3: You will get the link to your email if you attended the live call

Step 5 – Complete the quiz or questions in the NCC LMC platform New Users should register first (you will need to confirm your email address)

Returning Users only need to log in with your unique the username/pasword

NOTE: If you were not able to attend the live call, you may access the quiz at the NCC ESRD Website https://esrdncc.org/en/qia/#collapse-2981 and scroll down to the desired event (events are made available 10 business days after the live call)

You will se new and past events in your account. Click on the title to access the quiz. You will have 25 attempts.

Step 6 - Upon passing with a 70% score, you will get your 1 CEU certificate

You can print or screenshot right away

You will also get a confirmation email that will allow you to access your certificate at a later time:

Step 7 – ONLY FOR FACILITIES IN QIA PROJECTS – Complete the LAN Call Takeaway Survey

Link to the survey will be sent only to the Project Lead from the email address no-reply+redcap@ipro.us (This survey is independent from the ESRD NCC Feedback Survey or CEU Quiz)
