Database of natural perils in Australia 1900 to 1999

Nine perils - tropical cyclones, bushfires, floods, earthquakes, landslides, tsunamis, hailstorms, tornadoes and gusts.

Approximately 4,800 events; 9,400 affected locations and 1,200 events with a damage index.

Events Search is the most common type of search.

Location Search is best for specific geographical areas (eg. States, ICA zones or postcodes).

One event may have one or many affected locations; for example; the 18 March 1990 hailstorm in Sydney affected over 170 individual locations.
