RE-FINITY BY PROJECT LITTLE DREAM

The “Re-finity” collection transforms recycled cement bags used for school projects into a colourful array of coin pouches and cosmetic-bag sized pouches. Produced by Project Little Dream, the designs innovatively infuse the rich culture of Cambodia with fashion to produce two distinctive series: “Flavours of Cambodia” and “Stream”. “Flavours of Cambodia” uses local delicacies as the basis for its colour schemes while “Stream” combines different parts of the cement bag to create a vibrant patchwork design. As PLD’s vision is to empower children through education, the profit from Re-finity sales goes directly towards PLD’s school projects.

“Re” denotes “starting afresh”. Along with the logo that takes on the form of a modified infinity sign, “Re-finity” embodies our philosophy of continuous re-development. We are constantly rethinking, redesigning and re-shaping our projects to better suit the needs and lifestyles of the respective villages in Cambodia.

PROJECT LITTLE DREAMProject Little Dream Ltd. (PLD) is a registered charity in Hong Kong. It was founded in December 2008 by fifteen university students to:

C. COLLABORATIONSWe welcome new collaboration partners to share our ideals. Forms of collaborations can include producing exclusive designs or working on crossover projects. Examples of previous collaboration projects are as follows:

Four Sigma Foods – FSF, a United Kingdom based health foods company, sponsored the building of the library at Prey Run Village and sanitary facilities at Thon Mun Village School. An exclusive RE-FINITY wallet was produced for FSF to package their health products. In December 2012, FSF sent a few volunteers to participate in our construction projects.

RE-FINITY x Protest Design – We are currently working in collaboration with Protest Design on a series of exclusive bag designs to be released soon.
