Sports4Kids expanded from a
pilot project in a handful of
San Francisco Bay Area schools
to a national program named
Playworks, that has received
nearly universal accolades from
students, teachers, parents
and the media.
KEVIN AKERS design + imagery
created a few projects for
Sports4Kids before the
organization experienced its
phenomenal growth. When
DeSantis Breindel developed a
new logo and identity guidelines
for a rebranded Playworks,
Kevin was charged with bringing
the new program to life.
